I completed my MSc in Industrial & Organisational Psychology at City, University of London, and have been working in the aviation industry since. I hold an Aviation Psychologist accreditation from the European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP) and a Test Use accreditation from the British Psychological Society (BPS).

My areas of expertise are selection, pilot assessment, psychometric testing, and employee wellbeing. I bring comprehensive experience in applying psychological principles within organisational settings and employ evidence-based methods to design and implement organisational psychology initiatives.
