As an accredited Aviation Psychologist and Industrial/Organisational Psychologist, my professional work focuses on assessment and selection, as well as the design of systems that support people in roles where judgment, reliability, and decision quality are essential.

Alongside this work, I’m interested in how people function psychologically when expectations are constant and responsibility doesn’t switch off. This space is where I think and write about these questions, to articulate how people actually operate in demanding contexts and how performance is sustained over time.
